60 days to change your mind. No questions, no return shipping required.
How it works
Email help@eclait.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number (starts with ECLAIT-). We refund your card within 3 business days.
You don't need to ship the candle back. Keep it, gift it, throw it away — your choice.
What's covered
- Don't love it. Scent isn't what you expected, doesn't fit the room, anything. Refund.
- Damaged in transit. Send a photo, we refund and reship.
- Took too long. If your order hasn't arrived after 28 days, refund.
- Wrong item. Our fault — refund and reship.
Why so generous?
Two reasons. First: we genuinely think a candle should make a room better — if ours doesn't make yours better, you shouldn't have to keep it. Second: a generous refund policy is cheaper for us than a difficult one. Refunds we can predict; chargebacks we can't.
A few honest notes
- If you order 10 candles and refund all 10, we'll send a polite "what happened?" email but still process the refund.
- Pattern abuse (multiple orders, all refunded) we reserve the right to refuse future orders. We've never had to do this.
- Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled any time before the next charge — no refund needed if you cancel before billing.
