Eclait Goods Ltd., incorporated in Alberta, Canada. Operating the website at eclait.com.
Buying from us
- Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless noted.
- Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay (via Stripe).
- An order isn't binding until we charge your card and send a confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it looks fraudulent or if we're out of stock.

What we don't promise
Our candles are scented home goods. They're not medical devices, not aromatherapy treatments, and not regulated as Natural Health Products. We don't claim they treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Use them like candles — light them, don't ingest them, don't leave them unattended.
Intellectual property
Brand name, logos, photography, and copy on this site are ours. The product photographs supplied by manufacturers belong to them. Don't reproduce site content commercially without permission. Personal screenshots and sharing on social media are fine.
Limitation of liability
We're a small business. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for anything related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Use candles safely — don't leave them lit unattended, keep them away from kids and pets, follow the safety instructions on the jar.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes go to courts in Alberta unless otherwise required by law.
Changes
If we update these terms materially, we'll note it at the top of this page and email registered customers. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
