Our candles ship in 14–28 days. Slower than most things you order. Here's why, and what to expect.
How we ship
Each candle is hand-curated from a small studio overseas. We don't warehouse anything in Canada yet — we are intentionally a small operation, and the trade-off is shipping that takes a few weeks instead of a few days. Tracking is included on every order.
What you'll get
- Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- Shipping confirmation with tracking when it leaves the studio (1–3 days after ordering)
- Delivery in 14–28 days from order date
- A check-in email at the 14-day mark if your candle hasn't arrived yet
Where we ship
Canada and the United States. We don't ship internationally yet — we want to perfect the experience here first.
Shipping costs
- Flat $12 CAD ground shipping within Canada
- Free shipping on orders over $120 CAD
- US shipping calculated at checkout (typically $14–18 USD)
If something goes wrong
Lost in transit? Took longer than 28 days? Arrived damaged? We make it right. Email help@eclait.com with your order number and we'll either reship or refund — your choice.

Why slow?
Honestly: we're a small operation. We don't have a Toronto warehouse yet because we don't have the capital to fill one yet, and we'd rather pass that savings to you than borrow against it. As we grow, shipping will get faster. For now, slow is the trade-off, and we tell you about it before you buy.
